Speaker Release

All materials posted to iTunes U must have an accompanying release.

You may either print and sign (or have signed) the paper form or the speaker may fill out the form on line, then print and fax .

At the end of the on-line release form process, a rights release will be generated covering the presentation and any accompanying materials. You will be able to print the release and a copy will also be emailed to you.

Emory will hold the copyright to the recording and would have the ability to use the recording and any accompanying materials so that others may be enriched by your presentation. Emory will create an archival copy of the recording for educational and research purposes. Additional uses of the recording may include posting on Emory websites, creation of CDs or DVDs, and delivery to the public via distribution partners.

Please understand that there is nothing in this form requiring you to give your ideas or your research to Emory. This release will not keep you from giving the same presentation somewhere else.

If you desire, Emory will be happy to provide a copy of the recording to you and to grant you a non-exclusive license to use the recording.

Print and complete paper copy (PDF)

Proceed to online release form (also must be printed, signed and faxed)
